Bradley "Brad" Erdman has a BS in Fisheries and Water Resources Management and Biology from University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point.  He is a Ph.D. student at the University of Maine in Dr. Michael Kinnison's lab studying the ecological genetics of Maine salmonids. Brad is currently working on a dissertation focusing on Arctic char population structure; the effects of historical stocking on wild native brook trout; local adaptation of lake whitefish; and the development of eDNA markers for presence/absence and abundance of Arctic char, brook trout and rainbow smelt.  He has also worked with lake trout, lake sturgeon, yellow perch, muskellunge, walleye and largemouth bass.  Brad has turned his passion for the outdoors and environment into a career.  He can be reached at bradley.erdman@maine.edu
