Ethan Lamb

Ethan Lamb has a BS in Wildlife Ecology from the University of Maine.  He worked for the University on three fisheries studies as an undergraduate: One on lamprey, one on the effects of adding coarse woody debris to Western Maine trout streams, and one cataloging fish assemblages in the Penobscot River.  Ethan also worked for Maine Department of Marine Resources manning the fish trap on the fishway on the Veazie dam, home to federally endangered Atlantic salmon.  In addition, he has been working for Maine Department of Inland Fisheries and Wildlife as a technician since 2014.  Ethan has been fishing for as long as he can remember and fly-fishing since he was seven-years-old.  He’s a registered Maine Guide, and worked for Northeast Guide Service as a recreational guide and Appalachian Mountain Club (AMC) as a fishing guide.  Ethan can be reached at
