SIERRA HYLTON

SIERRA HYLTON works for the South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control as their Adopt-a-Stream program coordinator. Sierra has spent the last 10 years working on field surveys, macroinvertebrate research, outdoor education, ecological construction projects, outreach program development, and guiding outdoor adventures such as hiking, kayaking and cave tours for the Missouri Department of Natural Resources, Missouri Department of Conservation, U.S. Forest Service, DJM Ecological Services, and South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control. Sierra has had a passion for aquatic ecology from a young age and strives to help connect people with nature through hands-on experiences. She can be reached at SC@NativeFishCoalition.org
