NFCs Alabama and Georgia chapters just spent the last two days manning our booth at the Atlanta Fly Fishing Show. Based on preliminary results, NFC was well-received and well-supported.

Georgia is an important state for native fish. It is the state where rare stream-resident bass overlap the southernmost native brook trout in the world. And like neighboring AL, GA is rich in aquatic biodiversity.

Special thanks to all the NFCers who took time out of their busy schedules to talk to the fishing masses about wild native fish, and explain what the native fish movement is and isn’t.
