NATHAN JUSTICE

NATHAN JUSTICE is the founder of BrookieBum, a West Virginia based online forum/blog dedicated to wild native brook trout. He is also the current president for the Sal Font chapter of Trout Unlimited in West Virginia, the only chapter in the nation named after brook trout. Nathan started fly fishing in 1998. He caught his first wild native brook trout in 2003 while exploring a tributary off a river he had fished for years. In 2012, Nathan decided to devote his spare time to the conservation of wild native brook trout and the environments they live in. This led to him entering an Environmental Biology program in 2015. Nathan started a YouTube series called Behind Conservation in 2019 where he joined state agencies in the field to show the public what goes on behind the scenes.
