NATE CAMP

NATE CAMP is an avid outdoorsman, Marine veteran, and Tenkara fishing guide. Originally from Cape Cod, Massachusetts, Nate spends his free time fishing for both freshwater and saltwater species. Nate gained an appreciation for native aquatic biodiversity and unspoiled places while fishing in northern New England and New Brunswick. He serves as the Connecticut Liaison for Backcountry Hunters & Anglers Armed Forces Initiative, where he works to get veterans and active duty military members involved in the outdoors and conservation. Nate works to foster an appreciation for native species and the places they live by hosting and helping to organize outdoor events. He believes that hands-on involvement is the best way to teach conservation and outdoor skills. Nate enjoys exploring rugged freestone streams, wild undesturbed places, and teh backcountry.
