AIMON BICKFORD
“What you do makes a difference, and you have to decide what kind of difference you want to make...”
AIMON BICKFORD is an undergraduate student at St. Lawrence University in Canton, New York, where he is studying Conservation Biology. He was born and raised in Rhode Island and grew up fishing for native striped bass and bluefish near his house. Aimon was taught to fly fish by his father. They explored the waters of Rhode Island and New York. When he is home, Aimon’s favorite thing to do is fish for wild native brook trout in the Wood River. He enjoys fishing for wild native smallmouth while at college. Aimon looks to use his involvement in NFC to help protect and improve watersheds that are home to wild native fish in Rhode Island. He can be reached at Info@NativeFishCoalition.org
