MAX SCHAEFER grew up in the Greater Boston area. He developed a deep appreciation for environmental stewardship through frequent visits to the woods of southern New Hampshire and the beaches of Cape Cod. His passion for the outdoors and conservation continued to grow while earning his undergraduate degree at SUNY ESF in central New York. After graduation, Max worked in environmental conservation and has a history of volunteering with coldwater conservation efforts. Max is currently pursuing an MBA at Babson College. Outside of his professional and academic pursuits, Max enjoys spending time fly fishing, reading, and traveling.
