“NFC believes the science-based inclusion criteria associated with the WTM program is sound. We are aware of many waters that meet the criteria, yet have not been added. We also see the protections afforded these waters as best-in-class. Most importantly, we have heard very little opposition to the program from the public, and many anglers we have talked to would like to see it expanded.”
