This digital gift card will enroll the noted recipient as a lifetime member of Native Fish Coalition. Please enter the recipient’s email address in the first check-out screen. Enter your name and address in the bill-to and the recipient name and address in the ship-to. Lifetime Individual membership includes an NFC hat of your choice, NFC Lifetime Member decal, brochure, and bi-monthly newsletter. Thank you for the support.
Important Notes:
You may include a personal message by selecting the down-arrow and entering the text in the block under Enter Order Note. The message will appear on the check-out screen as well as the order confirmation.
Enter the recipients email address under Your Email. The order confirmation will be sent to this email address.
Enter the recipients physical address under Shipping Address. The welcome package will mailed to this address.
Deselect “Use shipping address” under Billing Address.
Enter your name and address in the Billing Address.
