NFC is Looking to Move into New York...

NFC is looking to extend our contiguous footprint in the Northeast, now represented by Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and Pennsylvania, by adding a New York chapter.

New York, mostly upstate, is critical habitat for pond-dwelling wild native brook trout, and the most important state outside of Maine. And while the Adirondacks region has fared pretty well in regard to wild native fish, other parts of the state have not.

We have a number of members interested in starting a New York chapter and are looking for a few more. If you are interested, please contact us at Info@NativeFishCoalition.org
