ANDREW MICKEY lives in Coudersport, Pennsylvania.  He is an avid fly fisherman, and has fished all over the state.  Andrew is intimately familiar with many of Pennsylvania’s wild native brook trout streams, the primary focus of his advocacy.  He has a bachelor's degree in Ecology and a minor in Environmental Science.  Andrew works for the Potter County Conservation District as a Dirt and Gravel/Low Volume Roads Program Technician, where he helps plan and assists on projects on dirt and gravel roads to reduce sediment pollution.  In his role, he also assessed culverts, and works to replace those that block the passage of aquatic organisms.  In addition, Andrew has helped design and install various in-stream structures to improve habitat on streams for brook trout through both his job and his volunteer advocacy.  He is also on the Board of the Schuylkill Headwaters Association.  Andrew can be reached at Info@nativefishcoalition.org
