KYLE GLENN
KYLE GLENN is a graduate teaching assistant and aquatic research technician for the Great Lakes Center at SUNY Buffalo State College. He is an avid fly fisherman who calls the Western New York area “home water,” but considers the Adirondacks worth the ride. Kyle grew up in Buffalo and became a steward of his local waters through an early introduction to research with Buffalo State. He recognizes the importance of maintaining native food webs and advocates for underrepresented species. Kyle is passionate about understanding the impacts of non-native fishes on stream connectivity, and plans to pursue his Ph.D. focusing on the effects of climate change on winter lake/stream trophic linkages. He is invested in improving the literacy of science through public participation and youth mentorship. Kyle can be reached at Info@nativefishcoalition.org
