ERIC ROGERS

I recognize the right and duty of this generation to develop and use the natural resources of our land; but I do not recognize the right to waste them, or to rob, by wasteful use, the generations that come after us.
— Theodore Roosevelt

ERIC ROGERS moved to Atlanta, Georgia, in June of 2000., where he immediately began exploring the states streams, rivers, lakes, and coastal waters. Eric learned to fish on forest preserve lakes outside Chicago, Illinois, with his grandfather at an early age. Since then, he been fortunate to fish all over the country, and is now passing on his love of the outdoors and fishing to his son. Eric is an all-water, all-tackle, and all species angler with a passion for pursuing and conserving Georgia's native shoal bass and redeye bass. He's worked with several companies in the marine and fishing industries to bring commerce and conservation closer together. Eric is looking forward to working with NFC, anglers, and conservation-focused groups, organizations, agencies, and businesses to conserve and protect wild native fish and their habitats for future generations.
