DANIEL COOPER

Daniel with a muskellunge from native water.

DANIEL COOPER is a South Carolina native. He attended the University of South Carolina where he focused on Civil and Environmental Engineering. When not  busy designing bridges, Daniel is designing flies or on the water fly fishing. An avid angler, he has developed an interest in preserving the state’s aquatic resources, especially striped bass, rare Bartram’s bass, and wild native brook trout. As a civil engineer, Daniel is sometimes involved in conservation as part of his work, but looks to use NFC to get more involved in the preservation of the state’s wild native fish and the habitats that sustain them.
