AMBAR TORRES-MOLINARI
AMBAR TORRES-MOLINARI received her Bachelor of Science in Environmental Sciences from the University of Puerto Rico and a Master of Science in Fisheries, Wildlife, and Conservation Biology from North Carolina State University. Her work has focused on the ecology and population characteristics of migratory freshwater fish such as American Eel. Ambar is the former South Fork Watershed Manager for Catawba Riverkeeper Foundation where she worked to advance the goals of the foundation, collaborating with a variety of stakeholders to develop and implement projects that will improve water quality in the South Fork of the Catawba River. Prior to that Ambar worked as a climate science communicator at North Carolina State University. She recently returned to North Carolina State University.
