JASON REYES
“Like winds and sunsets, wild things were taken for granted until progress began to do away with them. Now we face the question whether a still higher ‘standard of living’ is worth its cost in things natural, wild and free...”
JASON REYES was born in Boston and grew up just outside the city. He learned to fish using bread and cheese for bait on an urban river at a very young age. Jason discovered fly fishing in middle school during a family vacation. He developed a passion for the outdoors and conservation through fly fishing. Jason earned a bachelor's degree in Wildlife and Conservation Biology from the University of New Hampshire in 2024. He currently works in invasive plant management, and native plant restorations in private and residential landscapes. Jason looks forward to using his background and knowledge to help protect, preserve and restore native fish. He can be reached at Info@NativeFishCoalition.org
