WILLIAM “BILL” ANDREAS

WILLIAM “BILL” ANDREAS Is a lifelong fisherman. He has traveled throughout the Rocky Mountains, Adirondack's, Catskills, and most of the New England in search of fish. Bill graduated from Paul Smith’s College with a degree in Environmental Science. As part of his studies, he participated in the acid rain study in the hard hit f the Adirondack’s sponsored by Rensselar Polytechnic institute (RPI). Bill also works as a trail runner in the Mount Marcy area of New York. After nearly 50 years in Information Technology, Bill is putting down is mouse and focusing on fly fishing and the conservation of native fish and the places they live. Bill understands that that trying to “improve” nature by introducing nonnative species or reducing native species has adverse effects on the environment.
