ERIN BLAISDELL
“The sun shines not on us but in us. The rivers flow not past, but through us. Thrilling, tingling, vibrating every fiber and cell of the substance of our bodies, making them glide and sing. The trees wave and the flowers bloom in our bodies as well as our souls, and every bird song, wind song, and tremendous storm song of the rocks in the heart of the mountains is our song, our very own, and sings our love.”
ERIN BLAISDELL grew up in a small rural town in Massachusetts. As a child, Erin spent her summers going to camp in the Berkshires and family vacations in Maine. There is where she developed a lifelong love of nature. Erin is member of the Back River Watershed Association where she collaborates on the development of strategic outreach and community engagement initiatives. She hopes to use her experience in communications to educate the next generation about the critical need to restore and preserve wild native fish and ecosystems. Erin spends much of her free time outdoors exploring new parks and trails. She can be reached at Info@NativeFishCoalition.org
