Bartee's Donate Arctic Charr Painting to NFC to Help Raise Money for Wild Native Fish

Renowned artists, photographers, and filmmakers Chase and Aimee Bartee of Tight Loops media have generously donated an original painting of a Maine Arctic charr, or blueback trout. The painting by Chase, a national advisory council member for NFC, was done as part of a short film about Big Reed Pond in Maine, a recently reclaimed Arctic charr water.

NFC will be getting the painting professionally mounted and framed. After that we are most likely going to sell raffle tickets, or do an auction, to raise money for wild native fish initiatives. Stay tuned for more information…

For those interested in purchasing a signed and numbered print (250 of which will be sold) of this beautiful rare Maine Arctic charr from the Bartee’s, click here.

Special thanks to Chase and Aimee Bartee for their ongoing support, their generous donation, and for giving voice to our wild native fish. It all starts with information and education, and few do it better than the Bartee’s.
