NFC Supports Rhode Island TU Dam Removal Sign...

Continuing to build on our strong relationship with Rhode Island TU and chapter President and MA NFC Advisory Council member Glenn Place, NFC worked with RITU, RI Department of Environmental Management, RI Water Resources Board, and RI Division of Statewide Planning to develop an informational sign noting the public comment period for a proposed dam removal.

Thanks to all involved for helping to nudge the needle in the right direction in regard to preserving and restoring Rhode Island’s wild native fish.
