Show/Event Reporting (Calendar/Blogging)
Goal
This policy is intended to ensure that National NFC has what it needs to load shows and events to the National calendar and state show/event summary pages in advance, as well as post show blogging.
Background
All NFC chapters are encouraged to participate in shows and events. This is a great way to recruit new board members, meet potential partners, and raise money for NFC. It is also a way to get the NFC name out there as well as making people aware of your chapter.
Policy
NFC chapters are required to provide pre show/event information to National NFC for posting to the online calendar no less than 3 weeks prior to the event. This includes name, date, time, location, links, logos, posters, images, etc.
Chapters are expected to provide post show/event information to National NFC for blogging within 3 days of the event. This includes attendee names, booth pictures, attendee pictures, etc.
