Letter Writing

Goal

NFC looks to put forward a common look and feel in regard to formal letters to outside entities. This ensures a level consistency across chapters and national NFC, as well as a high degree of professionalism.

Draft and Approval Process

  • Chapters will generate a basic position on an issue and then assign a member to conduct further research and draft a letter on behalf of the chapter.

  • Drafts will be shared with the rest of the chapter for input and approval.

  • Upon approval, drafts will be forwarded to the applicable National Vice Chair for review, input, copy editing, and final approval.
