NFC Online Forms
The NFC website supports online form functionality. This can be used to solicit input from the general public in regard to fish sightings, water contamination, low flows, etc.
Forms can be housed in what is called an “unlinked” DOCUMENT webpage on the NFC website accessible via a defined URL. The URL can be linked to from a button on a CAMPAIGN or BLOG webpage, social media post, or QR code which can be used on a sign, etc.
