NFC Online Event Calendar

Background

The NFC website supports online event calendar functionality. This can be used to post shows and events in advance to make people aware of them and stimulate attendance. The event calendar supports the following:

  • Event Name

  • Description

    • General, Location, etc.

  • Start Date

  • End Date

  • Start Time (Associated with Start Date)

  • End Time (Associated with End Date)

  • Photos and Logos

Events are displayed in calendar format at the national level. This is accessible via the EVENTS tab in the header:

Both national and chapter events link to a shared detail entry:

Chapters must submit a form at least 1 month in advance of the event for posting. Chapters must include the following with the form as email attachments:

  • Sponsor Logo (Unedited High Resolution .PNG or .JPG)

  • Event Poster (Unedited High Resolution .PNG or .JPG)

Chapters must submit the same form with follow-up information within 3 after the event for blogging. Chapters must include the following with the form as email attachments:

  • Several Booth Photos (Unedited High Resolution .PNG or .JPG)

  • Chapter Attendee Photos (Unedited High Resolution .PNG or .JPG)
