Summary

While not an absolute rigid structure, NFC chapters operate with a 3-person leadership team: Chair, Vice Chair, and Secretary. There will be times, however, when one officer will have to step in to fill the roles and responsibilities of another officer due to availability, experience, knowledge, contacts, etc.
