Taking the Native Fish Message Beyond Anglers

As part of our ongoing efforts to bring the name fish conservation message mainstream, and beyond anglers, NFC recently tabled at the Patagonia Outlet store in Freeport, Maine. NFC has tabled at Patagonia stores and attended Patagonia sponsored events in Boston and Cambridge, Massachusetts, as well.
While at the store, NFC was able to talk native fish conservation with folks from outside the angling community that we might otherwise never get in front of. This is critical, as until we get non-anglers on board with regard to native fish conservation, it will be an uphill battle.
