PA NFC Chimes in on Proposed Rules for Private Stocking
“As noted in the proposed rulemaking published in the Pennsylvania Bulletin, Pennsylvania is the only state in the Northeast with no formal stocking documentation process, and one of only 20 states nationwide with no form of stocking documentation.”
PA NFC has submitted a formal letter to Pennsylvania Fish & Boat Commission in support of proposed rules associated with private stocking. While all stocking cmes with at least some levgel of risk, private stocking is especially concerning is it is currently all but unregulated in PA.
