NFC Show/Event Name Tags

Background

When it comes to shows and events, NFC believes that it is important that people know who you are.  This is true whether you are in the NFC booth, walking around the venue/event, doing a presentation or demonstration, signing books, or in the field.  Having a name tag allows attendees, participants, and potential partners to easily identify you.

Goals

To ensure that everyone representing NFC at a show or event can be easily identified as someone affiliated with NFC.  The best way to do this is through name tags.

Approved Items

NFC has developed, procured, and approved a series of items to be used as name tags and in conjunction with such.  Name tags can be used in conjunction with lanyards, clips, pins, and/or magnets at your discretion. What exactly you choose to use is up to you.

  • NFC will provide each chapter with 4 grey 17-inch long and 3/8 wide lanyards with clips.

    • You may use your own lanyard sans any non-NFC logo if preferred.

  • NFC will provide each chapter with 4 clear, zip-close, waterproof, 3.74” x 2.4 " horizontal hanging name tag holders with a generic NFC ID card.

    • Can be used with a lanyard, pin, clip, or magnet at your discretion.

    • Generic ID card will have an NFC PROTECT.PRESERVE.RESTORE logo on the front and an NFC website home page QR code on the back.

      • The QR code can be used to direct show/event participants to the NFC website to process memberships, renewals, and donations, as well as purchase merchandise that you do not have on hand including sizes and colors.

    • Will accommodate a personalized NFC business card if you prefer to use one (refer to NFC business card policy).

      • Personal business cards should be inserted in front of the generic ID card so as to not cover the NFC website QR code.

    • You may also use a custom printed card, not hand-written, as long as it adheres to the NFC business card policy and includes a color NFC logo.

      • Custom printed cards should be inserted in front of the generic ID card so as to not cover the NFC website QR code.

Note: Lanyards and card inserts with generic ID card should be returned to the chapter show supplies after each use so they are available to others.

Please work with the NFC National Chair to have show/event lanyards and tags shipped to your chapter along with your next merchandise or equipment request.
