EBTJV RFP now open
The deadline for uploading application materials to the EBTJV website is January 21, 2022.
The Eastern Brook Trout Joint Venture (EBTJV) is requesting project proposals that are focused on Brook Trout conservation actions. Federal funding is available through the National Fish Habitat Partnership - up to $50,000/project, with a 1:1 nonfederal to grant match. EBTJV will score and rank proposals for consideration by the NFHAP board and the Department of the Interior. The deadline for submitting your Brook Trout conservation project proposal is 5:00 pm (Eastern Time) on January 21, 2022.

As a reminder, it is very important that you communicate with your state or federal agency fishery agency to see if your project is a good fit for this program. The project review team relies on letters from the appropriate agency to know that the project is likely to achieve success in protecting, restoring, or enhancing habitat for wild brook trout.
