Trout Brook Temp Loggers - All Deployed!

As part of MA NFCs ongoing project at Trout Brook, MA NFC board members Max Heidelberger, Brian Hutchison and Jeff Moore deployed the last 3 temp loggers in middle and lower Trout Brook, bringing the total to 12. One logger was installed on a small tributary and two were installed on the mainstem.
The loggers will remain in place throughout the summer and fall so we can get a solid understanding of the water temperatures throughout the Trout Brook watershed over a full season. We look to identify any thermal stresses that could be negatively impacting the coldwater fishery.
