NFC Launches Arkansas Chapter...

NFC is excited to announce the launch of a new chapter in Arkansas. This represents an expansion of our presence in the Southeast, as well as extending our footprint further west than we have ever been.

A non-salmonid state, Arkansas is rich in warmwater native fish biodiversity, including some species that are found in very few other places.

Special thanks to our new Arkansas team for stepping up to support the state’s wild native fish and NFC’s mission: Tyler Stephens (Chair), Carrie Balkman (Vice Chair), Bradley Bridges (Secretary), and members at large Justin Keen, John Sandy, Graham Thompson, and John Watterson.

And thanks to National Vice Chair -South Matthew Lewis, Technologist Ben Brunt, and National Chair Emily Bastian for their help in regard getting the Arkansas chapter up and running.
